From Our Principal

Parents, Students, Alumni & Community Members,

Augustine Romero

Many incredible experiences are waiting for us as we enter the 2017-18 School Year. Because we love our Pueblo, we work as hard as we can, we give as much as we can give, and we care as deeply as we possible can. All that we give, all our hard work, and all our love have created an enchanted, intellectualized, and home-like place that we call Our Pueblo.

The incredible mixture of all these things led to a 2016-17 year that, by many accounts, was the greatest year in Our Pueblo’s history. Our students, teachers and staff members achieved greatness in academics, athletics, and the arts.

Here is a short list of some of those achievements:

  • Scholarships and financial aid awarded the Pueblo Warrior Class of 2017: $5,761.073.00 (2nd highest ever in school history)
  • 271/300 Graduates for the Class of 2017: 90.3%
  • AIA Tony Komadina Award Winners
  • 2 Dorrance Scholars: Tais Jimenez & Topacio Salazar
