Online Registration For 2019-2020

We Can HelpNeed help completing your online registration for the 2019-20 school year? Online registration is now open and we are here to help! 

If you need access to a computer or want help completing the process, come to Pueblo for our online registration session on Friday, March 8, 4-6 p.m. (before Encuentro). in the Library.  We will be on hand to help you activate and log on to your ParentVue account. (NOTE: Online registration cannot be competed on cell phones or tablets - a desktop or laptop computer is needed.)

Be sure to bring picture ID and your proof of residency document (AZ driver's license, utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

Additional times for online registration help at school are as follows:

  • March 27, April 24  and May 1, 9 - 10 a.m. (after Parent Cafecitos) 
  • April 12, 5-8 p.m.(during Fiesta de los Guerreros)

Please complete online registration for the 2019-20 school by June 1 in order to guarantee student schedules and transportation. (NOTE: Transportation cannot be guaranteed for students living outside the Pueblo area that choose to attend Pueblo.)

New & Returning Students
All new and returning students need register prior to the start of the 2019-2020 School Year.

NEW THIS YEAR: Online Registration For All Students

Registration for the 2019-20 school year for continuing Pueblo students now underway. Registration is now available online. All returning students MUST complete registration online and upload a new proof of address. 

In order to complete online registration for your continuing students, you must have a ParentVue account. If you have not activated your ParentVue account, contact Laura Fennema in the school office at 225-4503 to obtain an activation code.

HELP: You can come in to Attendance Office during business hours for access to a computer and help with this process. Call ahead to make sure we are open.

NOTE: Due to privacy laws, activation codes must be picked up in person or mailed by US mail to the address on file for your student. Activation codes cannot be emailed or sent home with your student. If you need assistance completing online registration, contact Mario Matanza at 225-4343 to arrange to come to an on-line registration event at school.

 

Proof Of Address
Proof of address is necessary during registration process. Please bring proof of address documents with you.  Any current utility bill works best.


Yearbook/Synergy & I.D. Pictures
Yearbook/Synergy & I.D. pictures will be taken during registration process for all grades. Come dressed appropriately & according to dress code. Picture packets from Dodson Photography for all grades will be available for purchase. Seniors will be able to talk to Dodson Photography for information on senior portraits. Information on available picture packets will also be mailed home with registration information.

Important Reminders

Please be prepared with:

1. Completed registration online or paper packet.

2. Proof of address. Current utility bill works best.

3. Money for any applicable fees.

4. Proper attire for Yearbook &  I.D. pictures.

Registration process can take between 10-30 minutes to complete.

Station #1: Food Services

You can submit your application for free/reduced meals online. Faster & secure processing for students. You will receive email confirmation. No paper work involved.

Students will meet with our health assistant to make sure vaccination records are current.

Interested in playing a sport at Pueblo? Many coaches will be on hand to answer questions.  Athletics packets & information will be available.

 

Parking Permits will be available for purchase for $6. (Seniors only)

 

 

Station #4: College & Career Center

Sign up for important messages from the College & Career Center.  Students will be emailed scholarship information, important events & financial aid opportunities throughout the year.

Station #5: Yearbook Sales

Put a deposit on your school yearbook. More information at this station.

Station #6: Business Office

During the summer, you may receive a list of books not returned by your child. The list includes the replacement cost for each item. Students must bring back all books/equipment or pay the replacement price in order to pick up their schedule during the registration process.

Fees for Advanced Fine Arts classes must be paid before schedules can be issued, but all students must process through this Station regardless of fees to be paid. This Station accepts cash, credit/debit card, or personal checks for payment of fees or other expenses.


There will be NO REFUNDS for fees paid for extracurricular activities. Participation fees paid by individuals for extracurricular activities are a tax credit. Parents will receive a tax credit receipt to claim on their state taxes. For more information on this contact the Activities Office at 520-225-4312.

Station #7: Yearbook/Synergy Pictures

Station #8: Class Schedules

You will have to make an appointment with your counselor for any schedule changes..  All requests will be reviewed by a school administrator.  Please understand that not all requests are possible.

Station #9: ID Cards & Text Alerts

All students will receive a School I.D. at registration.  First card is free and any additional cards are $3.
