New & Returning Students

All new and returning students need to fill out a registration packet prior to the start of the 2017-2018 School Year.  Registration packets must be filled out every school year. Attendance Office will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. during the month of June & July (closed July 3-7, 2017) to help you with this. 
Proof Of Address
Proof of address is necessary during registration process. Please bring proof of address documents with you.  Any current utility bill works best.

Yearbook/Synergy & I.D. Pictures
Yearbook/Synergy & I.D. pictures will be taken during registration process for all grades. Come dressed appropriately & according to dress code. Picture packets from Dodson Photography for grades 9-11 will be available for purchase. Seniors will be able to talk to Studio520 Photography for information on senior portraits. Information on available picture packets will also be mailed home with registration information.

Registration process can take between 10-30 minutes to complete.

Station #1: Food Services

You can submit your application for free/reduced meals online. Faster & secure processing for students. You will receive email confirmation. No paper work involved.

Station #2: Health Services

Students will meet with our health assistant to make sure vaccination records are current.

Station #3: Transportation, Athletics & Parking

Get the latest information on bus pick-up & drop-off routes.

Interested in playing a sport at Pueblo? Many coaches will be on hand to answer questions.  Athletics packets & information will be available.

 

Parking permits will be available for purchase for $6. (Seniors only)

 

 

Station #4: CCLC (Credit Recovery)

Did you get an F in your report card?  Important credit recovery information available at this station.

Station #6: Yearbook Pictures & Sales

Yearbook/Synergy & I.D. pictures will be taken during registration process for all grades. Come dressed appropriately & according to dress code. 

 

Picture packets from Dodson Photography for Grades 9-11 will be available for purchase. 

 

Seniors will be able to talk to Studio520 Photography for information on senior portraits.

Station #5: College & Career Center

Sign up for important messages from the College & Career Center.  Students will be emailed scholarship information, important events & financial aid opportunities throughout the year.

Station #7: Book Return, Debts & Fees

During the summer, you may receive a list of books not returned by your child. The list includes the replacement cost for each item. Students must bring back all books/equipment or pay the replacement price in order to pick up their schedule during the registration process.

Fees for Advanced Fine Arts classes must be paid before schedules can be issued, but all students must process through this Station regardless of fees to be paid. This Station accepts cash, credit/debit card, or personal checks for payment of fees or other expenses.


There will be NO REFUNDS for fees paid for extracurricular activities. Participation fees paid by individuals for extracurricular activities are a tax credit. Parents will receive a tax credit receipt to claim on their state taxes. For more information on this contact the Activities Office at 520-225-4312.

Station #8: Class Schedules

Schedule change requests will be available at this station.  All requests will be reviewed by a school administrator.  Please understand that not all requests are possible.

Station #9: I.D. Cards & Text Sign-Up

All students will receive a school I.D. at registration.  First card is free and any additional cards are $3.
