  • Text us through the Remind App. Make sure to sign up for our text alerts.
  • Students can come to the Pueblo Help Desk on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. or Tuesday and Thursdays from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Mr. Lopez and Mr. Cardenas are also available by appointment in the evenings from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. from Tuesday -Thursday for on-site technology support.

    Q. I can't login to Clever, what can I try?
    A. Here are some common problems:


    Q. How do I fix this error message: "The meeting is for internal only. Please sign in with your company account to join."?
    Click on "Sign in with SSO". Company: tusd1. Use student credentials to login.


    Q. I haven't checked out a computer, who do I contact?
    You can email Ms. Karla Palacio at karla.palacio@tusd1.org or 520-225-4345.


    Q. I need help with my schedule, what should I do?
    A. Email, text or schedule a virtual appointment with your counselor.


    Q. How do I report an absence?
    A. All excused absences must be reported to the Attendance Office within 48 hours or the absence will remain unexcused. 

    The attendance office number is 520-225-4302 or 520-225-4314.

  • Make sure you access TUSD's Clever Sign-in Page
  • Don't forget the "s" after the @ on your email address. It should be matric@s.tusd1.org.
  • Your matric number is your password. You can change it later.

Power Went Out! ⚡

  1. Don’t Panic! It is going to happen no matter how well prepared we think we are...
  2. Notify your teacher via email/phone as soon as possible. You must notify your teacher by the end of the day or you will be marked absent.
  3. As soon as the power comes back on or the internet comes back up, get back online and go to class.
  4. Check with your teacher to see what you missed and set up a time to meet with them to discuss any questions you might have about the parts of class you missed.
